China Ranch Date Farm!!

I cant remember exactly what day we went but we hopped in the car with Cache's parents and went for a drive in the desert. It was like driving through the hills have eyes, dirt roads that seam to be headed nowhere. Soon we were in a hidden oasis. I'm not a big fan of dates but it was sure fun to see how they grow. They wrap them in clothing to protect them from the birds. It's a funny site actually to see clothing in the trees. We had a date shake which was delicious. Juneann also packed a luch for us. We followed the river a ways which was really fun cause there were fish and crawdads for brock to poke sticks at. If anyone gets the chance the history of the place is really cool and it makes for a nice get-away from Vegas for a lil while.

My good friend Amanda who I met at girls camp when I was thirteen just got married. To celebrate there was a bridal shower and bachelorette party. The Bridal shower was more professional with family there. The other was a lil more X rated thats for sure. Overall a great time at both. A couple pic from bachelorette party.
